Packing Information

Items are packed in strong opaque bags and are generally dispatched by first class recorded post. Fragile items such as hats are normally boxed for extra protection. Most parcels normally arrive between 1 - 5 days. Please order early to avoid disappointment.

Delivery Information

Monday to Friday except bank holidays. We don't have rigid posting times but usually try to post later in the day so more items get dispatched and generally they also tend to arrive earlier.

Heavy bulk purchases will be sent by courier all with tracking numbers. Your package will require a signature. If you are not in a card is normally left so that you can collect it from the depot or sorting office later.

Need It Fast?

Please contact us if you need an item sent fast as special next day services can be arranged for an additional postage fee. Advice will always be given with your interests in mind so as to avoid unnecessary disappointment.
