Packing Information

Items are packed in strong opaque bags and are generally dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Royal Mail Tracked post. This is our " Standard Delivery ". Fragile items such as hats are normally boxed for extra protection. General dispatch times are between 1 - 3 days. Please order early to avoid disappointment.

Delivery Information

Monday to Friday except bank holidays. We don't have rigid posting times but usually try to post later in the day so more items get dispatched in one batch.

Heavy bulk purchases will be sent by courier all with tracking numbers. Your package will require a signature. If you are not in a card is normally left so that you can collect it from the depot or sorting office later.

Need It Fast?

Please simply select " Express delivery" or contact us if you need advice on whether an item can be sent by Royal Mail fast services. If you live outside of the UK please do not buy online without making contact first. Advice will always be given with your interests in mind so as to avoid unnecessary disappointment.
